Do my suppliers have to log in to anything?

No. Everything runs over email. Suppliers reply to your request by email, and Bridgecurrent reads and checks each answer.

Whose email do suppliers see?

Yours. Requests and follow-ups go out from your own mailbox with language you approve. Suppliers answer a customer they know.

What happens when a supplier goes quiet?

Bridgecurrent follows up. If the compliance contact stays quiet, the next request comes from the buyer who places their orders, because suppliers answer the customer who pays them. If the contact has left, it finds a better-placed person at that supplier and asks them instead.

What if a supplier never answers?

Minnesota lets you report a value as unknown and update it later. An unknown holds up only if you can show you kept asking. Bridgecurrent marks those gaps, keeps asking, and logs every attempt in your evidence log.

Do you file the report in PRISM?

We prepare your PRISM upload from your suppliers’ answers. You can upload it yourself, or we file it for you as your representative. Either way, you review and certify it.
